Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery time
The average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods or due to customs clearance.

Shipping Method and Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China (or other countries, possibly outside the EU). Therefore, customs costs may apply depending on the country of delivery.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on weight, destination, and shipping type selected.

Responsibility for shipping

• If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.

• Always check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of ordering.
