As a small, curated boutique with roots in Charleston, we focus on style, quality, and personal service. We're seeking dedicated people who will help give every guest a warm, personalized experience.

1. Order picker
As an Order Picker, you'll be responsible for packing and shipping our online orders quickly and accurately.
Your responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items for online orders
- Ensure proper and secure packaging
- Assist with receiving deliveries and restocking inventory
What we're looking for:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and efficiently
- Flexible and helpful during busy periods
2. Customer service representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the link between our boutique and our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries
- Assist customers with product questions and order status
- Handle returns and complaints in a professional manner
What we're looking for:
- Friendly and service-minded approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail
